Refund and Return

For physical goods and products

The Company provides a 14-day return policy, following the receipt of your product(s).  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with your product.  Our return policy is governed by the following terms:

 

We want You to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also know that accidents happen. Thus, we request that you send us a message at tiffany@drtiffanyross.com with any complaints or return requests.  That email must reference the Product, order number (if applicable), the date of Your purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase. 

 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a return or refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. If  return is requested, you will be provided with a shipping label to return your product.  The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

 

For digital goods, virtual and face-to-face services

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
